If your Meteor phone needs to be repaired, you can have it repaired by:
- Calling into any Meteor store and we'll send away your phone to be repaired.
- Calling into any participating Post Office.

- Ask for a FREEPOST envelope for Sigma Telecom Repair Service.
- Fill in your name, address, daytime telephone number and phone fault on the back of it.
- Take a note of the IMEI number of your handset if possible, as this is used for tracking at Sigma if you need to call them. This number is a 15-digit number situated behind the battery on your phone and will be beside a bar code. If you are unsure which number it is please take note of all numbers.
- Pop your phone in the envelope, seal it and hand it in at the counter. (As with any valuable item we recommend that you send it by registered post)
We aim to return your phone within 4-5 days
If your phone is under manufacturer warranty (one year from purchase) this service is free, but please be aware that warranty will not cover customer misuse or any liquid damage.
If your phone is no longer under warranty Sigma Telecom will ring you and inform you of the cost (minimum of €50) of repairing your phone before proceeding. If you decide you want to change your phone, check out our latest offers to find out what's available.
